About Heart to Heart Care

Heart to Heart Care has been in business for over 18 years. Our owner, Caroline, started this business because she loved working with the elderly. She cared for her father for 7.5 years before starting this business. She started looking after him and then the others in his room. Presently, she looks after her mother. This fosters her love of working with seniors and connecting with them.

All our caregivers are compassionate, caring and experienced in the care of senior citizens. They love working with the elderly and getting to know each of them individually.
